Joseph Johnson Went in for a “yearly” watch battery replacement for last 10 years. On Sunday, 5:00p, salesman told me that they he couldn’t change my batteries because they don’t have a tool to do so. I have done this for 10 years or more. Started at the mall store years ago! Wow! It was a sales woman there also. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Went back to Kay’s jewelry store and the “Outstanding” service that was provided to me was on point! The sales lady greeted me as I entered the store. She actually took my watch to ensure they could or couldn’t do the requested task of changing batteries. They couldn’t and she directed/referred me to Battery Source who also provided outstanding service!!!! Kudos to the sales person who answered all my questions and concerns!!! A 360 from yesterday’s service!!! Today you was the Outstanding store I have known you to be, thanks! (5 stars) they didn’t know I was in there yesterday! Pure Good Service!

Ashley Taylor My family has used Crawford’s for going on three generations. Knowing their quality of work, I had a pair of custom diamond earrings made by Crawford’s Jewelers as a gift for myself. They were fairly priced, prompt, and made my dreams come true. The type of stud I wanted was an uncommon cut and they listened to my ideas, helped me determine the best size, and a way to personalize the setting to decrease the studs turning while wearing. I absolutely love my earrings and know they were made with expert care.

Tiara Tran Went here to browse and came across mini Graduation Gnomes! They were so cute I was going to buy one as it was, but Natalya was so sweet and mentioned that they did custom writing for the Gnome’s cap! Communication on pick up instructions were clear and timing was fairly flexible. Upon pickup, she even offered to wrap the gift for me, and it was beautiful!

Bob Johnson Ali was great very helpful and was very great customer service skills he help me get a new chain and 2 new pairs of earring totaling to 291 dollars. It was worth every penny. Thank you so much Ali for great customer service and your help!!!
