The items were exactly what it had in mind. I selected the ruby earrings for my wife and was in and out in about 30 minutes. She loved them. He was very patient with me (new gemstone enthusiast) I was ecstatic to learn he is a legit gemologist. Rob Weaver These nice people and their lovely dog named Pretty Boy made my visit to their business extremely welcoming. The replaced the batteries in five of my watches and put a guard on my wedding band to keep me from losing it. It was very affordable and I plan to return with other items of my own and my wifes to have repaired. Highly recommend!
