5 /5 N N: I had a very pleasant experience today. There was a kind gentleman who replaced my watch battery while I waited. It was very reasonably priced, and their inventory looked lovely. Ill definitely be back soon!

2 /5 DaVeena Polite: Ring still dull ! Im giving two stars only because the sweet young lady tried to help clean my ring when I came in. My ring was really dirty, and when I asked the young lady if she could put it back in, the older lady snapped at me, saying, “I cant do it because I’m working with a customer, and you can wait if you want, but theres nothing I can do right now.” The funny part is I didnt ask the older lady; I asked the young girl behind the counter (possibly her daughter) because she genuinely wanted to help. Next time, dont be so rude just because youre focused on making a sale. Its obvious that the man she was assisting was just asking questions and wasnt going to make a purchase. Why have a girl behind the counter if she’s not allowed to help out. Great way to show your child how not to talk to customers. Youre setting a stellar example.

1 /5 Chasity Tedford: i have been going to this jewelry store for repairs for over 20 years. lately it has been more often for some reason. every time i take my ring to get a diamond replaced another one falls out. this time i went to pick it up and it cost more for 1 diamond that it did for 2 diamonds and to have it dipped and my husbands ring dipped the last time. i asked why i is it more and the man didnt know and was confused also, but the lady was rude and shrugged her shoulders and said prices went up or he might have had to do something else to the ring but couldnt tell me what and didnt want to even try to find out. they didnt go up that much in 2 weeks. she knocked $5 off like that was a favor. i will go somewhere else in the future just because of her attitude everytime ive been in there. she even said everyone decides to come at the same time so it will be a minute to get helped!

1 /5 Sheryl Farmer: Went to order an item for a gift, a repeat of something I had previously purchased, and when I walked in at 4:39 pm and said that I’d like to look for this necklace to order, I was told by the man that they were closing. The door said 5 pm. It was repeated about 3 times that they were closing as I looked for the pic on my phone so I could simply order it. I left without purchasing and will not be back. We’ve always bought our jewelry from this business and spent many dollars to support a locally owned business, and Denise is always pleasant, but I’ll take my business elsewhere.
