Kathleen Stento I wanted to update and change my review from 1 star to 5. The issue below was taken care of promptly and professionally and honored by JCPenney in Hiram! Was just at your Hiram, GA location and left without purchasing. I was shopping for casual shoes when I saw a sign for Clarks 40% off and a sign next to it which stated scan the QR code and take an additional 25%off . I scanned the QR code and also had a picture of the signs. At the register, the associate said the coupon didnt work. I showed her the picture of the sign and she tried again. The Manager ( or supervisor) was nearby and the associate asked why the coupon didnt work. The Manager said the 25%off coupon doesnt apply to Clarks. I asked why they have the 25%off sign WITH the Clarks sale sign. She replied "its just for advertising". I told her that was deception to the customer. She walked away without another comment. The cashier told me if I had a JC PENNEY credit card, I could take an additional 30%off. I asked how that would work since after reading the fine print on the 30% coupon also states Clarks are not included? It doesnt make sense and is deceiving the customer!! BEWARE of this stores " advertising".

Olivia Hazlewood B&Co. is such a special place! A family jeweler that truly treats you like family. I could not get the band I fell in love with in Greenville by the time of my wedding. I was in need of a miracle with only about a month to go. The jewelry queen herself Sarah Beth got me in touch with Greg who I worked with creating my dream wedding band. Brown & Co. exceeded any expectation I could have had! They were able to custom create my band before my wedding and my husband and I are in love with it! Not to mention- they were able to create this piece with essentially just a couple photos and a CAD of my engagement ring. Pure magic!!! Huge thank you to the B&Co. family ❤️

Jay Cook This was my second watch buying experience at Mayors Avalon, both for Tag Heuer Formula 1’s, and both were excellent experiences. My sales rep, IA was amazing both times! She loves her job, and it shows. The way she treats customers should be a master class in customer service! This is just the beginning of a long relationship with IA and Mayors, I can’t imagine buying a luxury watch from anywhere else. Highly recommend! Update: Since I bought the two Tag Heuer’s, I recently stepped all the way into luxury watches and purchased a beautiful Tudor Black Bay 68, from IA, of course! It’s the new favorite in my collection, it’s so good.

Alexis Brooke Jonathan and Quentin at Jarred’s were absolute lifesavers! We came in last minute looking for my wedding band, and they went above and beyond—even staying late to make sure everything was perfect. While we were there, we ended up getting a watch for Jacob as well, and they took the same care in helping him choose. They were patient, kind, and made the whole experience stress-free. My band is stunning, Jacob loves his watch, and we’ll never forget the extra effort they put in to make it all happen. Highly recommend asking for Jonathan and Quentin!

Jean Bean Tammy is always my go to girl!!! I bought a wedding set a year ago and could were the diamond because it was scratching my fingers! I went in for my 6 month inspection talked with her (which she sold me the set) and she listened to everything I said and I ended up with a new band that I’m in love with dearly!!! She is awesome!! Samantha Harvey This has been in my home town my whole life and it always has something big or little of what I like. The staff has always treated me kindly with smiles while they did it. They even fixed a loose diamond on my wedding band for free just because I needed it. I have returned here multiple times for earrings or a necklace and was able to find something nice even if I only had $20. If youre around the area I would drop in and see there selection of things!
