He went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure an excellent customer experience. He exemplifies the strong characteristics of a manager. Elaine (Store Manager) was PHENOMENAL!!! She delivered a personal approach that is out of this world and made us thankful that we purchased from Kay Jewelers. She even stayed after hours to ensure that we were totally satisfied. Thanks Kay! You have a customer for life!!

5 /5 Sonora Martineau: Outstanding Service from Nap and Elaine! My experience today with at Kay Jewelers was absolutely wonderful, all thanks to Nap and Elaine. We needed to get my fiancés ring fixed and from the moment we walked in, they made me and my fiancé feel welcomed and taken care of. They were both incredibly helpful, kind, and full of positive energy truly a joy to talk to. Their attention to detail, patience, and genuine care made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. 5 /5 S Conley: My husband, daughter, and I visited this store close to closing on a Thursday evening, and we had a wonderful experience. Branden greeted us immediately upon entering and was incredibly polite and helpful. He asked all the right questions to assist me in finding a replacement wedding ring, as my nephew had unfortunately lost mine while visiting a few days earlier. Even though the store closed shortly after we arrived, we never felt rushed or pressured. Branden and one other guy (I’m sorry but I didn’t get his name) took their time assisting us and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. The customer service was very good, and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality jewelry and a pleasant shopping experience.
