Rosie from Best Jewelry was a PLEASURE to work with and provided me a PERFECT, gorgeous, 14K gold ID bracelet that works for me as a medical alert bracelet -- a very beautiful and classy medical alert bracelet. Rosie made it so easy for me to request the look I desired and end up with a lovely bracelet that I will wear forever, and she even coordinated where we could meet so that I didnt have to drive to the Mart for pickup. We had a bit of a mix up on the engraving, but not only did Best Jewelry fix it, they made it BETTER. With FedEx ground, I received the bracelet one day after the company made the quick fix. I highly recommend Best Jewelry and look forward to working with them again!

accreeves143 Blackwell’s did some work on my engagement ring in 2019. I have not had occasion to visit their business since. However, recently I had a rough spot develop on my diamond, and went to Blackwell’s to have the ring looked at. They ground out the rough spot and polished it for me, and despite not having been there in 5+ years, they did not charge me for that service. The customer service was exemplary. I will make it a point to use their business in the future, and will encourage others to do so as well. A+ experience,

Kathleen Stento I wanted to update and change my review from 1 star to 5. The issue below was taken care of promptly and professionally and honored by JCPenney in Hiram! Was just at your Hiram, GA location and left without purchasing. I was shopping for casual shoes when I saw a sign for Clarks 40% off and a sign next to it which stated scan the QR code and take an additional 25%off . I scanned the QR code and also had a picture of the signs. At the register, the associate said the coupon didnt work. I showed her the picture of the sign and she tried again. The Manager ( or supervisor) was nearby and the associate asked why the coupon didnt work. The Manager said the 25%off coupon doesnt apply to Clarks. I asked why they have the 25%off sign WITH the Clarks sale sign. She replied "its just for advertising". I told her that was deception to the customer. She walked away without another comment. The cashier told me if I had a JC PENNEY credit card, I could take an additional 30%off. I asked how that would work since after reading the fine print on the 30% coupon also states Clarks are not included? It doesnt make sense and is deceiving the customer!! BEWARE of this stores " advertising".
