Alora I love that this is a family-owned and run business! I missed the daughters name, but both she and her father Jon went above and beyond to help me when I brought in some old jewelry that I knew nothing about. My Aunt had recently passed away, and I got a lot of her jewelry I knew nothing about, or if it even was worth anything, I didnt know where to start. I knew Id probably get ripped off at a pawn show, and knew Id need a place to resize and repair any pieces I wanted to keep. After a quick Google search, this was the first place that popped up, and it had great reviews, so I paid them a visit. Jon was so informative and patient with me as I explained my situation, and he quickly went through my jewelry and was so open and honest about what I had and the worth of everything. It was so pleasant to chat with his daughter and him while I waited, put me right at ease and I loved how friendly they are. I got a great deal for what I brought in, and even found a beautiful pendant to take home! I will definitely be back, they have my business and will be the only place Ill go if I need anything done! Barbara Vutano I just have to tell about my experience in this store. First off, I was with my daughter and we are both from Florida. I just wanted to go in and check it out. Maria greeted us and was very helpful, friendly, and just very nice. I must say we literally had the poor girl running, never gave us any inclination that we were bothering her. After we picked everything out, she rang us up and that’s when my credit card was declined! She ran it thru again, DECLINED! There was no possible way that my card was declined! I was so embarrassed!!! I paid cash and apologized. We left the store on the phone with the credit card company and ended up getting everything worked out. Went back to our hotel, and this sweet lady text me asking if everything was ok. I must say that no one has ever done anything like that before! Maria definitely went above and beyond!!!! Thank you Maria!!!!!!

Teri lavelle Horrible company. I purchased a mother of pearl necklace on line. Two weeks later I was told it had been discontinued and my money would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. It has yet to be refunded. Why would they post a necklace that has been discontinued? BUYER BEWARE!!!
