However, recently I had a rough spot develop on my diamond, and went to Blackwell’s to have the ring looked at. They ground out the rough spot and polished it for me, and despite not having been there in 5+ years, they did not charge me for that service. The customer service was exemplary. I will make it a point to use their business in the future, and will encourage others to do so as well. A+ experience,

I could not be happier with his work and his pricing was very reasonable. I will use his shop when I design my custom wedding band.
