Reeds helped me and my lovely boyfriend with our ring picking! I’m so happy with my ring and so is my boyfriend:) If you go to reeds in valdosta mall GA, ask for David!!!

Alana was absolutely amazing—she took her time to thoroughly explain the entire piercing process, which immediately put me at ease. She was patient, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. I especially appreciated how detailed she was about aftercare and how to handle any potential issues. Her professionalism and care truly made the experience exceptional. Highly recommend!

Wendy Turner I went to Abby in May of 2025 to ask her to create a custom piece for a ring I had lost. While we ultimately decided not to "remake" the same ring, we came up with a new idea based on some of Abbys current stock. She made my custom sterling silver ring within 2 weeks! She communicated with me during the design process and the purchasing and picking up process was smooth. I am sure that I will be coming back next time I feel like getting a unique, one of a kind piece of jewelry!

Joel Maxwell I came to Factorys to have an antique, family ring re-sized to use for my wedding. The ring was quite a bit larger than my finger and had inscriptions on it that I wanted to keep despite making it smaller. It was old, so you can imagine the job was delicate. Although this was not a high priced job, Harvey paid me a lot of attention and did an excellent job handling a family heirloom with care. I was at first hesitant regarding his recommendation on the resize (I questioned whether he wanted to resize it too small). But he was right and it turned out to be an absolutely perfect fit.
