Couldnt get a refund after purchasing the same one I bought my mother 2 yrs ago. I was able to exchange it though. The workers nice both times I came in.

Kyle Misiak The staff were very helpful, and got to me within minutes of me getting there. The information was extremely helpful. I was not aware how tight the marketability was for rings. My ring was slightly bigger than the normal (11-1/2) and the design did not allow much sizing margin to get it back in the normal “band” (high end at 10-1/2). Unfortunately we were unable to make a deal, but they were very forthcoming with that information out of the gate and I appreciate the honesty. And I learned something! Would definitely recommend to those looking for information about selling a wedding ring.

The new owner Alison has a great personality which shines through in her effort to create a positive customer experience and provide value to every customer! She is constantly working on getting an ample amount of diversified new inventory as well for all ages to enjoy.
