1 /5 Tyler Kinsey: I bought a 14k gold wedding band and engagement ring set here. I spent 1300$ on it, & kept it In The box until I popped the question. I decided I wanted to upgrade the ring, so I take it back to jacks to see if they would be interested in buying it back, no big deal if they did not want too at the time. The employees and owner at jack’s tell me they’re not interested in buying it back or trading it up, that my best bet would be to sell it privately… so I call around to find a pawn shop in the area that is buying jewlery that day…. when they look at my ring under their scope they find that the ring has a fracture line all the way across the main diamond, and they show me…. And the other jewels on the set had multiple inclusions. I was surprised as jacks pawn had sold it to me this way without informing me. I got 800$ for a ring I spent 1300 on at jacks….. if u buy jewlery from this individual please make sure he gives you an in depth analysis of the jewlery you are buying or he will send you out the door none the wiser… this company has lost my business.
