We came in last minute looking for my wedding band, and they went above and beyond—even staying late to make sure everything was perfect. While we were there, we ended up getting a watch for Jacob as well, and they took the same care in helping him choose. They were patient, kind, and made the whole experience stress-free. She worked with us to turn a family piece into something that reflected my tastes while honoring the previous women in my family that have worn these stones, and we were blown away by the final piece! Not only was Meghan thorough and attentive and paid attention to every detail I threw at her (which was a LOT!!!), but she also managed to complete my ring under a major time constraint that we placed on her! She was so very patient with all the changes and requests I had, and answered every question quickly and kindly! To say she went above and beyond for us just doesn’t seem to do her work justice! She is a brilliant artist and phenomenal person and I simply cannot praise her enough! accreeves143 Blackwell’s did some work on my engagement ring in 2019. I have not had occasion to visit their business since. However, recently I had a rough spot develop on my diamond, and went to Blackwell’s to have the ring looked at. They ground out the rough spot and polished it for me, and despite not having been there in 5+ years, they did not charge me for that service. The customer service was exemplary.
