Not only did Olesya greet us with a smile upon coming in the door, but she knew the products, the history or the organization, and most importantly, she satisfied all of our needs with complete ease. The quality of the jewelry is great, and the staff at the Alpharetta store is very helpful and extremely nice. I try to go during the week so it’s not busy, as it can be a process to decide what you want and where you want charms soldered on.

5 /5 Grace Gant: A close family member gifted me the Spanish Swirl ring (now retired) when I turned 13, and I have been a lover of James Avery Jewelry ever since. The jewelry truly stands the test of time. I have collected many pieces over the years, and each one is just as brilliant as the day I received it. My most recent gift was the Timeless Charm Bracelet with customized nursing school graduation charms. I used my new nurse paychecks to add more charms to the bracelet. Caroline was especially helpful in this process. She helped me select the most meaningful charms for my bracelet based on the memories I wanted to represent (getting my nursing license, moving to Georgia from Florida, etc.). She also helped me arrange my new charms so that it wouldn’t be too heavy one way or another, or look unbalanced. Her patience and tact are unmatched, and she made my bracelet perfect. She soldered the new charms onto my bracelet and polished the pre-existing charms, and the whole thing took less than two hours. We left a spot on the bracelet for one of the engagement charms, and I can’t wait. After I get engaged, I’ll be back at Northpoint’s James Avery store.

5 /5 kalyn harmon: absolutely love this location!! i just started wearing james avery and the sales women are so sweet. they didn’t rush me whatsoever and helped me so much. i think me and the saleswoman had the best conversation that warmed my heart and i would 10/10 recommend and will continue to come here
