5 /5 Sarah Jordan: I truly could go far beyond the word limits of this review about Brilliant! Jamie and Katie truly made my husband and I feel like family when we were designing my engagement ring, and when we picked out our wedding bands! Not only did they make us feel at ease during the ring design process, but they helped us tell our story through our rings and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for (and within our budget). They made a stressful process fun and enjoyable, to which we will always be so grateful. They are as wonderful at their craft as they are kindhearted. My husband proudly shows off his "space ring" with the meteorite core, and we are so excited to be lifelong customers.

He was patient, reassuring, and genuinely helpful with design ideas, ultimately creating the perfect ring for us. We couldn’t be happier! We had visited all the big name jewelers, but honestly, I don’t know why more people don’t come here first. If you’re on the fence, book the appointment, you won’t regret it. We’ll definitely be back for our wedding bands, and I’m already excited about it. What stood out the most was that there was no pressure, no upselling, and no making us feel uncomfortable about budget. Jamie goes above and beyond for his clients, no matter the price point. Part of me wants to keep this place a secret like a hidden gem, but it truly deserves to be shared. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family, and I hope they take my advice and book an appointment for their own special occasions

5 /5 Nina Fairchild: Jamie and Katie of Brilliant Jewelers were highly recommended by my daughter. My sister and I wanted ideas about what to do with our grandmother’s diamond ring. Jamie was so patient and offered several alternatives. We ultimately decided to make two matching diamond necklaces with a simple white gold chain. Two weeks later the necklaces were and ready and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Now we each have a piece of our grandmother’s legacy to wear every day. Thank you Jamie and Katie!

Jamie took the time to explain the process of selecting an engagement stone and made the process easy with no pressure. Her fiancé compared natural diamonds with three different jewelers. He felt most comfortable with Brilliant Atlanta who gave him a very competitive price for his diamond. Jamie made a gorgeous custom platinum wedding band set that my daughter will love for years to come. Jamie is also responsible for taking an old weathered diamond ring that I had inherited and custom made a timeless new ring that I adore! Jamie is very trustworthy, and adds a personal touch to all of his pieces. Such a gem to have Brilliant Fine + Custom Jewelry located right in downtown Roswell!
