Cassidy I did a Silk Press in February of this year at Kalieai Salon and Spa suite 204 by stylist Kisha B, and it was soft, beautiful. You can tell she loves what she does because she takes her time and is very talented. I can say I have been living here for almost 3 years and this was the best Silk Press I every seen. Barbara Vutano I just have to tell about my experience in this store. First off, I was with my daughter and we are both from Florida. I just wanted to go in and check it out. Maria greeted us and was very helpful, friendly, and just very nice. I must say we literally had the poor girl running, never gave us any inclination that we were bothering her. After we picked everything out, she rang us up and that’s when my credit card was declined! She ran it thru again, DECLINED! There was no possible way that my card was declined! I was so embarrassed!!! I paid cash and apologized. We left the store on the phone with the credit card company and ended up getting everything worked out. Went back to our hotel, and this sweet lady text me asking if everything was ok. I must say that no one has ever done anything like that before! Maria definitely went above and beyond!!!! Thank you Maria!!!!!!

Mike Went here to see about getting a simple pin replaced in my bracelet. They charged me a 3rd of what those fast fix ppl were asking for and got the job done in 30 mins. The competition wanted an entire day. They even fixed the clamp on the bracket as it was a bit loose without me asking or charging me. I’d go back here anytime I need a repair or am in the market for new jewelry. Can’t beat reasonably priced & honest
