I came in to repair a few pieces, ended up purchasing a beautiful necklace, and even sold some old jewelry. Joseph was fair, honest, and made sure I felt good about every transaction. Exceptional service like this is rare. Highly recommend!

Instead, one of the did the nicest and most sincere thing I’ve ever been given as a customer—she actually took the time to show me how to do it myself. She was incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. Not only did I get my watch adjusted, but I also walked away knowing how to do it in the future. I needed to get two of my rings resized, and they did both in a much shorter time than I was originally quoted. Harry really walked me through the process, and was friendly and helpful throughout. Im very happy with my decision to go here. They also cleaned my rings and they sparkle like the day they were first given to me. Would definitely return here again.

I was able to come up with a custom design working with Elani that would accommodate my needs as an artist. Very good to work with and very sweet loving people!
