5 /5 Robert Bagwell: Talked to Cassidy on the phone I had an emergency with a stone in my fiancé ring that had come apart from the setting in the middle of the band. She said well maybe we can do something to get you by for the weekend as my fiancé was wanting to show the ring off to her sisters who were coming in from out of town. Granted I didn’t purchase the ring from them however I will be doing all my business here from now on as I was using another jeweler in town who was not very professional the last time I dealt with them. This place is very professional and treated me like I had been doing business with them forever. Having been in customer service for 38 years in the automotive field I know what customer service should look like and this place is definitely 5 stars plus. So glad to have met them on Saturday what a wonderful experience. The picture is want Cassidy fixed for me while I waited for about 10 minutes.

5 /5 SJ Park: Brian has an impressive diamond inventory and will above and beyond to meet your expectations and build you an engagement ring that looks fabulous. If I had gone elsewhere with my design, it wouldnt have turned out the way it looks right now (not even close, I bet). With Brians touch of art, creative ideas, and skills, my gfs engagement ring is not only one of a kind ring, but is also a priceless piece of art.
