She was knowledgeable of the product. She took her time with me because it was alot to take in. I ended up buying my mother a nice diamond bracelet all because Katina help me realize that the bracelet is something that could be past down and I have a daughter. SO IF YOU MUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS COUNTER DO NOT SUPPORT this counter. They are rude and I will not support them EVER again. And then they give these snide nasty remarks.
