Susan Fulghum-Frazier Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and the prices were reasonable. They had Bridal registrys, , dinnerware, everything to go with a newlywed couple. Adults, kids and all kinds of jewelery, from gold , platinum, Sterling Silver and gemstones of everkind. Chrystal (different kinds), a lot of beautiful items that a jewelry store would carry. Even items some stores wouldnt carry. Come on down they also have repairs, watches, and jewelery.

Lynette Maton This past June, my husband and I celebrated 40 years of marriage. When he proposed, he sold his prized possession - his 1977 Firebird with T-tops, to buy me a diamond. Seven years later, he gave me the ring jacket with 7 diamonds on each side for our anniversary. (first photo) The diamond never lost its brilliance, but the ring design was dated, heavy, sharp and uncomfortable and Ive wanted to change it up for a long time. After looking for a jeweler who would work with me to create a unique ring using the stones in my existing set, I chose JWO Jewelers in Roswell. Today, I got my new ring. Reset from yellow gold to white gold, the diamonds shine with a brilliance I didnt know they could have. Many thanks to Heidi and Krist who worked together to bring this plan to fruition. M.R. Loyd My mom had a pair of earrings that had a post that broke. I contacted the pearl girls to see about trying to rescue this pair of Beautiful pearl earrings. Shonda Was so helpful and so incredibly efficient in helping me get these repaired. She gave me several options. She helped in Giving detailed pricing information and was very communicative through the whole process. Once the repair was done, we got them very quickly. The cost was Competitive, but the work was outstanding. My mom was so pleased with the way they turned out. This is not the first time that I’ve had the pearl girls make something for me nor is it the first time I’ve purchased something from them. I am a repeat customer and have been satisfied every time!

Erin Sharp Staff are very professional and very kind! they have sized 2 watches for me and both were spectacular. I made a strange request to lengthen my watch long enough so it would be a double wrap, and with the stuff i brought them they made it work! absolutely love them and highly recommend.
