Cleveland Ivey I went in to get a necklace fixed this past Monday. Both employees were friendly and I was seen as soon as I arrived. Mr. Crawford got to work on the necklace as soon as I gave it to him and had it prepared in good timing. I was not in a rush, but the wait was not long. The other associate, a young lady was very professional as well. She helped several people while I was waiting. The store itself was very nice and clean. I paid a bit less than what I expected which was very nice. I was left feeling satisfied with the quality of work and the level of professionalism. I was not at all surprised that my father recommended them. Well worth it.

Genuine Indian gold is hard to get when all the other jewelry’s are mixed but their stuff is good Honestly u can just see the difference in quality and price compare to other stores when u actually in the store..Other stores in the Patel plaza is not as good. Plus wo log bhav bhi kr ke dete hain. Im genuinely happy with my purchase and will visit again and again

Corinne Bailey I absolutely Love Cumberland diamond exchange. My husband purchased my engagement and wedding ring set from in 2020. They were extremely helpful. The experience is amazing when you walk in, you have your own personal assistant that will walk around with you and look at all the settings. And help you find the one that you dreamed of being the perfect ring. They will pull out multiple rings for you to try on and are extremely patient as you do so. I tried on several. After we found our ring and how we wanted, they sat with us while we picked out the perfect diamond for our ring. They respected my husbands budget for the diamond. I dont know the budget, he did tell the jeweler and they brough out several diamonds within that budget. Then allowed me to pick one out. They even brought out a microscope for you to look up close to see the imperfections. They were all stunning! Over all my experience was amazing and I highly recommend them if you are looking for that perfect engagement ring, wedding ring, or set?.

Amanda Even though I called after they stopped taking orders for the day (on a Saturday) they still let me put in an order and delivered flowers just a few hours later to my brother and his wife who had to put their dog down that morning. I was very thankful that they took my order and they said the arrangement was beautiful!
