5 /5 Cleveland Ivey: I went in to get a necklace fixed this past Monday. Both employees were friendly and I was seen as soon as I arrived. Mr. Crawford got to work on the necklace as soon as I gave it to him and had it prepared in good timing. I was not in a rush, but the wait was not long. The other associate, a young lady was very professional as well. She helped several people while I was waiting. The store itself was very nice and clean. I paid a bit less than what I expected which was very nice. I was left feeling satisfied with the quality of work and the level of professionalism. I was not at all surprised that my father recommended them. Well worth it.

5 /5 HomeSource: I have always used Bills for all of our jewelry needs and they have never disappointed. From repairs to custom creations, they have helped me with multiple pieces. I recently dropped off my ring for resize, repair, and cleaning at 10 am and had it back before 5pm. I will always recommend them given the chance.

4 /5 David Hertzler: Great work and extremely friendly people. The only thing preventing 5 stars is the listing states "repairs done while you wait". This was not the case the day I went. They did have it ready the next morning and it was beautifully done, just not while I waited.

5 /5 JJ Cameron: From the start my experience with this family business was very good. Im pretty intuitive so after my initial visit I was impressed with the integrity I felt. While there a lovely ring caught my attention. Since it seemed beyond my budget at that time, I declined going further. Even so they graciously printed out for me a photo and description of the ring. I waited over the weekend and then went back to look again. They presented a payment option that allowed me to realistically purchase this gem. I did so. Whereas Im not a materialistic person, nonetheless I felt that this ring had a place in my experience. It now sits upon my finger gracing my experience! Thanks Bills Jewelers! You are gems too!
