1 /5 Alisa Machiwalla: They do a great job with jewelry, Came here all the time to get my necklace fixed, it was only $10, they used to do it on the spot. They must have had a management change because I came to get my necklace fixed again and they gave me a slip and told me to come back the next day. The lady did not provide a quote as she said she did not know how much it would cost. When I came back they charged me more than double, $25! Without warning! and they couple there was off putting and their demeanor was rude, in my opinion, especially when I tried to negotiate because I was not provided a quote to begin with. To address what the business said below: I am aware this is a family business that’s why I used to love coming there. The wait for repair is acceptable I just wasn’t used to it and the way it was communicated was with an attitude. However the only information I received in the phone call was that the necklace was ready. REGARDLESS, quote should have been provided BEFORE the service was provided. Period. There’s even a spot for it on the slip of paper I was given that was left blank. Lastly, this is not an 18k gold chain it’s simply gold plated as I stated when I picked it up.

5 /5 Anne Tangi: They were so kind, attentive and took excellent care of my engagement ring, adjusting its size to accommodate the occasional swelling of my fingers. They gave my ring back more sparkly than when I brought it in. Repair was done in less than 24 hours. Their dogs are so sweet, as well! Family-owned business. I highly recommend Crest Jewelers!

5 /5 Kim Weinreb: I love Crest! Ive taken many pieces to them for appraisals and they do them with you at the store. No sending your jewelry out. Ive had them do at least 7 appraisals and they are quick to email the documents so you can send them to your insurance company. Ive had a diamond bracelet repaired there as well. I have them do my watch batteries, do cleanings and just ask questions. Honest and fair! So grateful to have them close. I refer all my friends to them.

5 /5 Qiana Tilley: I called Crest Jewelers this morning inquiring about a one day ring resizing and was impressed with the customer I received over the phone. I was able to drop my rings off and get them back in a few hours. Excellent customer service with reasonable pricing. Ill be back.
