Angie Rigney Roger is really REALLY good at what he does. He is particular about the pieces he sells: every one of them is just lovely and top quality. It is my experience that he deals with those of us who come to him with a small heirloom piece to be re-set or repaired in just the same way he would deal with a customer whose pockets are much deeper than mine. Roger is personable, knowledgeable, creative, and yet reasonable. I would never hesitate to take any request to him: for a repair, a reconstruction, or a new piece. Tucked away in the corner of a local shopping center, this business is truly a hidden gem waiting to be discovered!

Everything was repaired beautifully and so quickly, and I couldn’t be happier to have my pieces back. I loved the first one so much that I signed up for another for the very next day! 1 class and you walk out with a piece that you are proud to wear and will tell everyone "I MADE THIS!" Christy has a gift for making sure everyone has the time and info they need to make a piece, but no one feels like the class is dragging. She is patient and encouraging and has a wicked sense of humor. She also tells you the basics of things you need to do this on your own, but she tells you how to do it affordably. I truly wish I could sign up for every class she offers.

Joel Maxwell I came to Factorys to have an antique, family ring re-sized to use for my wedding. The ring was quite a bit larger than my finger and had inscriptions on it that I wanted to keep despite making it smaller. It was old, so you can imagine the job was delicate. Although this was not a high priced job, Harvey paid me a lot of attention and did an excellent job handling a family heirloom with care. I was at first hesitant regarding his recommendation on the resize (I questioned whether he wanted to resize it too small). But he was right and it turned out to be an absolutely perfect fit.
