While we just picked up the wedding bands, weve had the engagement ring for 10 months and have been very pleased with it. Laura was extremely helpful in working with us as we designed, with lots of specific preferences, a beautiful engagement ring. We had family diamonds set in the band, engraving on the sides, and a particular setting all within our budget. She is fun, knowledgeable, and seems to care deeply about the work she is doing. Making sure we were happy with the design, and that we would still be happy years from now, was a big priority for her. Thank you Laura!

As soon as I stepped in the store and explained the mishap Ms. Carrie got to work and worked her magic. I was able to walk out of the store with my gift same day. Mis Charmaine was so helpful with selecting our enhancer as well as reminding us of our lifetime warranty .. which includes sizing, polishing and in our case soldering. I cant wait to pick up my new ring!! Fantastic experience! 10/10.

Erica H Every time I try to go to this store it isn’t open. Hours of operation says it opens at 10am but it’s never open at that time. Idk who’s in charge of opening but they are not opening that store at 10am. The owner should look into this because they are losing money because the store doesn’t open when it should.
