Michael was fantastic in guiding us through the process and assisting my girlfriend with designing a ring she loves. He was very patient and honest through it all. Tristine Nguyen Samantha was amazing helping us narrowed down our choices. We casually walked in to see whats available. I was able to tried on a few bands, then went home to take a closer look at different band designs. We set up an appointment later to look at specific choices I picked online. I told her I was overwhelmed beforehand, and she made our appointment fun and easy. She presented us 3 bands and then 3 diamond choices. Worked with us to explain the 4Cs. I could not find what I wanted within our budget online, but she did her magic and not only got the higher end of the 4Cs, but able to stayed within our budget. Im so excited to see the end results.
