Cinzia Morelli So awful, I have never had such a bad experience at Pandora before. The women I spoke to were so unbelievably rude, they made me feel like an escaped war criminal instead of someone trying to take advantage of a promotion. I wanted to return a charm I had just bought and then rebuy it to take advantage of a promotion they had on, and they told me I would have to rebuy it for a more expensive price, and I checked on the website and it was the exact same price. When I asked to speak to a manager the woman I was speaking to was the manager, but if I wanted to I could speak with someone else, and honestly they were just as rude as each other. I cannot believe they lied to my face to avoid helping a customer. I also can’t believe that with the amount of money I have invested in my Pandora jewellery, when I tried to take advantage of a promotion as a frequent customer, they were almost hostile. Such a shame as well because I was looking to buy another charm to add to my collection. Not only did they seriously damage my perception of the company, they also lost out on two different sales. Absolutely unacceptable, honestly save yourself the headache and avoid this Pandora at all costs.

Tristan Lowe What a jewel of a shop, no pun intended! My family and I happened into this shop as we were walking back to the parking garage on Congress, I ended up buying one pendant and my mother bought a coin bracelet. I loved the experience with the store as well as the sentiment behind my pendant I ended up purchasing an additional pendant but was torn between two, after terrible FOMO I chatted with Lee and she ended up shipping me the other pendant, so now I have three! Lee was absolutely wonderful, and a pleasure to chat with. I will for sure come back on our next trip!

I had the privilege to work with Jack, who has been working for 20+ years repairing and creating jewelry at this shop. He was classically trained in Turkey, and does amazing work! Barbara Heusel Every piece created by Esther is special and crafted with the care and expertise of a true artist. One piece in particular has a special back story. I had a very special carnelian heart that was from my mothers jewelry. After she passed, I wore it often. Last fall, it fell off the chain and broke. My heart broke too! As I picked up the pieces and studied them, I knew who could fix the heart, Esther. You see, I watched her over the years as her artistry has grown. I knew if anyone could make it right, she had the skills. So, I entrusted Esther with the job of fixing it. Not only did she do an incredible job of mending the stone, she did an awesome job creating a wire wrap that would showcase the stone and protect it. As if thats not enough, she made this even more special for inside the box lid, Esther painted a miniature of one of my favorite of her paintings. My heart swelled with joy and gratitude! Esther just has a way of fixing things. I would know that shes my daughter and I could not be more proud of her! One thing I know, Esther, infuses all her creativity and artistry into each piece, whether she selected the stone or it was one given to her for a custom jewelry piece, and she stands behind her work. I highly recommend Esthers art in all its many forms.
