He went as far as walking us to their other 2 locations in the mall to show us their many options and was very patient as he allowed my husband to try on many watches before finally narrowing it down to the one. A friend and I found this store because we were looking for some information on a coin he had and from start to finish all i can say is wow. We were met right at the door by Andre ready and willing to both help and answer any and all questions we had. By the end of it we had all the answers we were looking for and more, were given an amazing experience, and even got an incredible deal on some silver to boot. He’ made it right!! But bought my first bracelet from him too my wife wedding ring No issues

B D Took a firearm in to get repaired. Expected to leave it for an extended amount of time, however, it took them only a few minutes to complete the repair and I was able to leave the store with my firearm. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and a simple trip turned into a new customer. I will be revisiting them for sure.

Rudy Williams We have purchased many items from Prospectors Pouch over the last 40 years and its always been a fantastic experience. We moved back to St. Louis and my wife lost her favorite bracelet at a KISS concert. I called and talked to Debra, the manager there, to replace it. She was unbelievably helpfully. I told her what I was looking for and she sent me pictures of the bracelets available and many pictures of the beautiful stone clasps. She helped me find the perfect one, actually there were so many beautiful ones to pick from....I got two! Then she handled the paperwork and arranged for delivery and even took it to be delivered. Cant thank you enough Debra you helped make our 39th wedding anniversary one to remember.
