However, recently I had a rough spot develop on my diamond, and went to Blackwell’s to have the ring looked at. They ground out the rough spot and polished it for me, and despite not having been there in 5+ years, they did not charge me for that service. The customer service was exemplary. I will make it a point to use their business in the future, and will encourage others to do so as well. A+ experience,

My wife and I both purchased our weddings bands from Cindy nearly five years ago. Aaron was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions.
