Billie Ray Gaskins My beautiful and amazing fiance to be and I went into the store today. We didnt even have to open the door. This very polite and welcoming young man open it for us. He greeted us with a smile. To be honest it was kind of a prank at first to see how my fiance (to be) would react. I didnt buy today but very soon I will be going back. I think his name was Trey. Tall young man with an awesome personality. Sold me and my fiance on where we both will shop for our jewelry needs.Thank you for exceptional customer service.

Amy Mese I went into this store this weekend. I was looking for something in particular and the KS store in Jacksonville told me they were out of stock and would not be making this item anymore. I went into my local store and Kaitlynn told me she thought they were also out of stock, but she would double check the back for me. She found the rose gold Rayne I was looking for, along with the Danielle earrings at the color bar. She even went on a hunt around the store looking for the stone I was looking for. She was so attentive, nice and helpful. If it was not for her, I would not have got exactly what I was looking for— which was the limited addition pink abalone stones. I just wanted them to know how lovely she is. I wish all KS employees were as helpful as her!
