1 /5 Vincent Hoo: I’ve been a loyal customer of Grayson Jewelers for over 14 years, but a recent experience has completely changed my view of the business.
My wife and I brought in her Pandora bracelet because a charm was stuck. During the visit, due to a misunderstanding, she was told by the staff that the charm was “fake”—a surprising and upsetting comment, especially since it was purchased directly from Disney. The owner, Beth Kalish, was unable to verify whether the charm was authentic but still made that assumption without proper inspection. After some uncomfortable back-and-forth, my wife left the store feeling dismissed and disrespected.
Given our long history with this jeweler, I called Beth directly hoping to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I was met with a complete lack of customer service and no real effort to address or correct the issue.
It’s disappointing to be treated this way after years of support. Regretfully, I will no longer be doing business with Grayson Jewelers.
