I was in there for quite some time just to browse and to purchase a relatively inexpensive but important (to me) ring. There was absolutely none of the typical haughty vibe that seems standard at other jewelers which seems to be congruent with the price size of my anticipated purchase. I got exactly what I wanted and the turnaround time was way less than initially estimated. Additionally, Thad has been so kind & informative to my 19 yr old son, who has had several watches sized there that numerous other jewelers refused to spend the time on. Melissa is an amazing communicator and spoke with us non-stop during the design process. She got a CAD rendering made for us very quickly! She is very attentive to detail and will make sure you’re satisfied before beginning the design process.
