I was helped immediately and told of all the deals going on in the locale by a guy named Austin, super helpful guy! I was impressed to find out he styled the mannequins as well, they weren’t your average retail store display mannequins it really felt like he put effort and a step above what most retail stores would do. Mind you this was a busy weekend and this employee went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome and optimize sales while organizing. 10/10 experience and I felt this person should be shouted out

The craftsmanship is flawless you would never know the ring had ever been damaged. Every detail was handled with such precision and care, and the replacement diamonds match perfectly with the originals. My mother was ecstatic! Riley Vasilatos I had two rings that had sentimental value to me, but were not very expensive that needed to be resized. I went to Bernerd’s and they told me they could not resize silver at all. Kay jewelers quoted me $900 for resizing the rings(For reference, I bought the rings at a side of the store stand in Alaska for $20). One of the rings could not be traditionally resized because of the way the opal was set in the ring all the way around. I came here and was quoted $90 for the rings to be resized with a bar placed inside the ring in order to not damage the opal. The rings were not able to be resized the way that we had initially discussed, so the owner took it upon himself to resize them in a more expensive manner, by added silver to the entire lining of the rings. He also discounted the service for it taking longer than expected. Overall, I was highly pleased with the care that was given and the extremely reasonable price I was given. I can’t speak for the jewelry sold here, but I was well taken care of and accommodated. 5 stars.

melissa bright If I could give 10 stars I would. Marcus is an excellent jeweler. He made a magnificent ring for me with Cadillac cut side diamonds that stumped another jeweler. He does his own Computer Assisted Design (CAD) and was able to make a new setting for my 2 carat diamond with Cadillac side stones.. they are the same shape as the logo on the Pink Cadillac I used to have. Im thrilled that he finally has his own location. Ill be back soon.
