1 /5 Jackson Cochran: He “lost” my grandmothers saint Christopher’s 18k pendant she passed away and gave it to my mother to give to me when old enough. All I asked him to do was put on a loop so I can wear this. So disappointed in this business, zero compensation was paid. He later claimed it was not an 18k pendant and had zero recollection of me ever giving it to him despite his own documentation on the receipt. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

1 /5 Gabs Jobs: I brought in my vintage Fossil that was 1/2000. I had literally just taken the plastic off it and realized it needed a new band and battery. Took it to Randolph’s, and not only did they give me the run around about it being ready for days, but my watch is scratched beyond reason, and cracked where the back attaches to the base. Absolutely scathing.

1 /5 Linda Daniels: This was the first and last time I will ever do business here. They are rude and are not honest. I took a ring there for repair. I was told it would be ready on Tuesday but they would call. They never did. So over a week later I checked on it and it hadnt been touched as a matter of fact he couldnt find it at first. I give him a few weeks more and go again on a Friday. It still hadnt been touched. At this point its a total of 3 weeks. He promised it would be ready the next day. So on Saturday, I go back again. Guess what still not ready. He said 1 hour. So I wait until Monday and go again; you guessed it still not ready! He said a few minutes. I gave him all day and went back and it still wasnt ready! Then his wife had the nerve to get an attitude with me! If its going to take weeks then just say so but dont lie and string me along! I asked for my ring back without him finishing the job. I took my ring elsewhere only to discover the work he had done was shotty! However, Middle Georgia Gold and Silver exchange straightened out what they could and in a timely manner. They didnt even charge me. Thats who gets my business from now on!!!
