Jean Bean Tammy is always my go to girl!!! I bought a wedding set a year ago and could were the diamond because it was scratching my fingers! I went in for my 6 month inspection talked with her (which she sold me the set) and she listened to everything I said and I ended up with a new band that I’m in love with dearly!!! She is awesome!! accreeves143 Blackwell’s did some work on my engagement ring in 2019. I have not had occasion to visit their business since. However, recently I had a rough spot develop on my diamond, and went to Blackwell’s to have the ring looked at. They ground out the rough spot and polished it for me, and despite not having been there in 5+ years, they did not charge me for that service. The customer service was exemplary. I will make it a point to use their business in the future, and will encourage others to do so as well. A+ experience,

Denise Jones Amari, Ms. Dawn and Ms. Diana are amazing! Amari reprinted my receipt because my original receipt was extremely faded and he informed me of the warranty that I have on my ring. Ms. Dawn made sure that my ring was properly engraved by the manufacturer and Ms. Diana made sure that she called me as soon as my ring came in, knowing that I stay an hour away from the store.

Erin Lynch We had such a good experience here!!! I’m so grateful. My fiancé’s ring got bent out of shape due to a mishap with the dog’s collar. We just got engaged in April and were so upset. We had a terrible experience with another jeweler in Duluth, and were just trying to find someone to do this simple repair. We got it from Etsy and it’s a moss agate stone (and 14k gold) and knew it would be softer and a little harder to work with and no one seemed confident they wouldn’t ruin our ring. They made us feel so at ease and let us know they would do everything they could to take care of it and let us know what was in their ability. They were so communicative and lovely! And to top it all off, they got it done before our trip to show our friends! So grateful and will definitely be coming back here for all of our jewelry needs. brian gordon Sometimes five stars just isn’t enough… This is one of those cases! We were in touch with Jodi originally just for a quick question. But, ended up liking her candid demeanor that wasn’t pushy at all, so after a couple of weeks looking for the perfect diamond where we live in Pensacola Florida, we ended up calling her back in Georgia to have her acquire and set the diamond in our engagement ring! She and Harold, did a fantastic job! The ring turned out beautiful! And we could not be happier with what we received!
