Colbie Fulcher I don’t typically leave reviews, nor do I think I ever have, but I HAD to for this company! My engagement ring was distorted and they were able fix it within a very timely manner and reasonable price, in my opinion. I swear my ring came out looking better than it did when we bought it! Everyone at this location was so kind and helpful, and I immediately recommended them to a close relative as soon as I left the store. Thank y’all so much for getting my ring fixed and looking better than new. I would love to do more business with them in the future! (Hopefully not for the same issue though)

Judy Horton Passed by it walking and their windows displays brought us in. Absolutely pleasant and helpful staff and we visited on two separate occasions, buying a Turkish-inspired desk lamp on the second. She wrapped it up nicely for a safe drive home. So many items to look at from various polished rocks to art to lights of all sorts. All unique and make great gifts. We will definitely stop in again.

Lynette Maton This past June, my husband and I celebrated 40 years of marriage. When he proposed, he sold his prized possession - his 1977 Firebird with T-tops, to buy me a diamond. Seven years later, he gave me the ring jacket with 7 diamonds on each side for our anniversary. (first photo) The diamond never lost its brilliance, but the ring design was dated, heavy, sharp and uncomfortable and Ive wanted to change it up for a long time. After looking for a jeweler who would work with me to create a unique ring using the stones in my existing set, I chose JWO Jewelers in Roswell. Today, I got my new ring. Reset from yellow gold to white gold, the diamonds shine with a brilliance I didnt know they could have. Many thanks to Heidi and Krist who worked together to bring this plan to fruition. J. E. K Shay the owner and Pam the designer created the ring I’ve always dreamed of. Shay helped my husband and me to pick out the center stone. Pam gave me 3 designs to choose from. The result far exceeded our expectations. I love it! 5 stars to both.

Shawn Lovett We had a large group go on a Saturday morning to do some mining. The gentlemen working & his dog Gwen were excellent! He took his time to explain all the different gems, even helping the kids find the good ones. We really enjoyed learning all the different things he explained to us & we learned some neat facts. We will definitely be back to visit. Been going here since I was a kid & enjoyed bringing my kids & grandkids.

Jose Calderon My visit to this location was fantastic and my high quality experience was attributed to its staff. I was helped immediately and told of all the deals going on in the locale by a guy named Austin, super helpful guy! I was impressed to find out he styled the mannequins as well, they weren’t your average retail store display mannequins it really felt like he put effort and a step above what most retail stores would do. Mind you this was a busy weekend and this employee went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome and optimize sales while organizing. 10/10 experience and I felt this person should be shouted out

Emma Davenport Mickeys customer service is fantastic. My mother sent me a Mickey Lynn bracelet that she purchased at a shop in Chicago, but it was too big. I called the store here in Atlanta and asked if I could exchange it for a smaller size, even though it was purchased elsewhere and not directly through Mickey Lynn. Mickey not only exchanged it--she sized it perfectly for my wrist and swapped out the clasp, free of charge. Its a gorgeous bracelet that I now wear every day!
