Kris Wyse I came in hoping to get my watch adjusted, expecting to leave it with someone or pay for the service. Instead, one of the did the nicest and most sincere thing I’ve ever been given as a customer—she actually took the time to show me how to do it myself. She was incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. Not only did I get my watch adjusted, but I also walked away knowing how to do it in the future. It’s rare to find service like that these days. Thank you so much for your help Joy—it really made my day! I don’t know anyone else there but after meeting Joy I don’t really want to! Made my first bought watch experience phenomenal! Thank you Joy!!!

Ciera Wilson Lindsey was so helpful when it came to picking out jewelry and allowed plenty of time to make sure it was the look/fix that we wanted. She was so kind and gave us honest feedback when it came to fit and comfort. Me and my friend also had an issue where we left her phone in the facility after we left and after they closed. I talked directly to the owner and they worked with us quickly. A worker came back and was able to help get my friend’s phone. Truly great service and would recommend to anyone thinking about permanent jewelry.

brian gordon Sometimes five stars just isn’t enough… This is one of those cases! We were in touch with Jodi originally just for a quick question. But, ended up liking her candid demeanor that wasn’t pushy at all, so after a couple of weeks looking for the perfect diamond where we live in Pensacola Florida, we ended up calling her back in Georgia to have her acquire and set the diamond in our engagement ring! She and Harold, did a fantastic job! The ring turned out beautiful! And we could not be happier with what we received!
