The customer service is top notch, and the whole team is friendly and professional. I also really appreciated that Manuk let me be there for the actual ring setting! It made the experience even more meaningful. After wearing the ring for a few days, I realized it needed a slight resize, and he was more than happy to accommodate. Connor Grant I had to get my watch band repaired. One place said it would take a week and charged $50. Another said they could fit me in the same day but it would cost $150.
