Jamie and Katie truly made my husband and I feel like family when we were designing my engagement ring, and when we picked out our wedding bands! Not only did they make us feel at ease during the ring design process, but they helped us tell our story through our rings and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for (and within our budget). They made a stressful process fun and enjoyable, to which we will always be so grateful. They are as wonderful at their craft as they are kindhearted. John Philter I have a 50mm chase durer and took it to get links removed. Upon leaving I didnt really get a feel for the fit of the adjustment and noticed it was just a little too tight. After returning to get a link placed back in and and the band clip adjusted was told I already paid instead of charging again. Will be returning for future services and definitely recommend! My wedding band looks as good as new even though its almost 58 years old! I highly recommend this wonderful jewelry store if you need repairs. Their service is the best!
