Unfortunately they did not have a bracelet would fit my size wrist but I ended up choosing a necklace and having the chance the choose my own gems to put into the jewelry. I love that we have that option and the gift feels personalized with our own touch. They also were able to gift wrap my jewelry in a gift box with a cute little bow! Great experience for my first time at Kendra Scott!

I had the pleasure of stopping in here to buy my wife a gift for her birthday… I must say I was very impressed with how personable, polite, and courteous these people are. I surely found not one, not two, not 3, but 4 things for my wife here! Both a staff member and owner were there. The new owner Alison has a great personality which shines through in her effort to create a positive customer experience and provide value to every customer! She is constantly working on getting an ample amount of diversified new inventory as well for all ages to enjoy. Meredith On The Mend Phenomenal service and breathtaking collection(s)!! The entire staff I have interacted with has been more than helpful, patient and friendly. I was in there for quite some time just to browse and to purchase a relatively inexpensive but important (to me) ring. There was absolutely none of the typical haughty vibe that seems standard at other jewelers which seems to be congruent with the price size of my anticipated purchase. I got exactly what I wanted and the turnaround time was way less than initially estimated. Additionally, Thad has been so kind & informative to my 19 yr old son, who has had several watches sized there that numerous other jewelers refused to spend the time on. Thad spoke with my son personally and treated him with such respect. My son could not say enough about Celestial and that is what ultimately led me there as well.
