1 /5 Teri lavelle: Horrible company. I purchased a mother of pearl necklace on line. Two weeks later I was told it had been discontinued and my money would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. It has yet to be refunded. Why would they post a necklace that has been discontinued? BUYER BEWARE!!!

1 /5 Senica Prince: Lucky’s is a complete rip off if they don’t really know you or if they don’t believe you will ever have the jewelry appraised or checked, they sold me a lot of fake diamonds which I discovered after getting them checked they also put 1 real diamond in the middle of a few pieces full of fake diamonds I suppose for legal reasons, do not shop there, I was scammed for several thousands of dollars, this was the worst jewelry buying experience of my entire life. They are the top rip off jewelry store in the state of Georgia. Complete scammers and should be closed down immediately. They are experts in costume look real jewelry. NO ONE EVER SHOP THERE. IM TELLING YOU FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE GOLD IS FULL OF METALS AND 99% OF THE DIAMONDS ARE MAN MADE FAKE BUT NOT TOLD OR ADVERTISED AS SUCH………

1 /5 Tobiah Wright: These guys ripped me off I was very dissatisfied with the service I paid almost $10,000 for a 10k solid gold charm. I found out the center of the charm was filled with silver instead of gold. I also discovered the diamonds where not real diamonds but mossinate fake diamonds. I would be very very careful on dealing with this jeweler. Always have your custom work checked out by an appraiser to make sure you’re getting what you paid for.

1 /5 Tia Jones: I’ve been scammed and taken advantage of. Lucky told me these were VVS diamond earrings and paid $860 for them, so I had them checked out by two other jewelers and both appraised them as I1 included and MN color and worth less than $100. I called lucky and asked for my money back but he refused. That’s it, I would have been happy but now he says only a trade in on more overpriced jewelry. Please think twice about spending your money here. Not happy.

1 /5 Leah Grant: They deserve ZERO stars. The lady in there is RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. If you do go, and make the mistake to do business here, DO NOT GO TO THE WOMAN. She is horrible. We had an issue with one product and she proceeded to start yelling. She’s racist, unprofessional and needs to never be employed ANYWHERE. Especially Not a jewelry store. Because of her I will NEVER return. Not to mention she looks dirty and will try and sell you some cheap product, then argue if you make any negative comment about it.
