Pricing for services is more than fair, and they helped reset links on my watch at no cost after I originally made the wrong request (my fault). Ill definitely keep these folks in mind for any future services.

2 /5 Domonique Mitchell: Well, I got the battery in my Michelle watch but got it back with scratches on the face and on the back of the watch. When I mentioned it, they had a ton nothing but reason why it could not have been them. Crazy thing is that their main repeated reason was that it was not new. As if that is a reason why there are scratches on my watch that were not there when I dropped it off. The man who fixed tried to talk to me about the entire process of fixing or repairing a watch. I dont need to know the process. With all due respect, that is why I pay people to do the process. I do not recommend this place for service or repair needs. I cant speak to their products but I can say they will not get any more of my money. $10 for a watch battery was more than they deserved with the service they provided. I do recommend you take pictures of items you plan on taking to them. Hopefully, this does not happen to anyone else. However, it is better to be safe than frustrated.

5 /5 Linda Andrews: Having done business with them in the past, I brought some odds and ends to them this morning. They couldn’t have been nicer. But what you need to know if you are selling is that he has special x-ray machines. This is important because he was able to see real gold when another buyer of silver and gold told me it was plated. I walked out with several hundred dollars. I so appreciate their time and effort!
