Jamie and Katie truly made my husband and I feel like family when we were designing my engagement ring, and when we picked out our wedding bands! Not only did they make us feel at ease during the ring design process, but they helped us tell our story through our rings and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for (and within our budget). They made a stressful process fun and enjoyable, to which we will always be so grateful. They are as wonderful at their craft as they are kindhearted. I had the pleasure of stopping in here to buy my wife a gift for her birthday… I must say I was very impressed with how personable, polite, and courteous these people are. The new owner Alison has a great personality which shines through in her effort to create a positive customer experience and provide value to every customer! She is constantly working on getting an ample amount of diversified new inventory as well for all ages to enjoy. Trap Theology AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Stay away from these people, they lie and overprice their jewelry. They pretend to look out for you and cut you a deal, tapping random numbers on a calculator. They lie about their refund policy. Just some hustlers and scammers. The mall should kick them out for real! Tried to sell me a stainless steel rope and said it was sterling silver. VERY SHADY!!
