All work n No excuses After several years of never needing to review coverages, in 2024 its more important more now than ever that Id do so. Ive had the same insurance company for 10 years (Olympus and never had a claim) and my premiums almost doubled. I called Steve nearly at the end of business on a Monday and by Friday I had a new carrier. Process was very streamlined and he returned any calls or emails as well. Give them a look for home or auto needs, doesnt hurt to take a second look.

Ms Jae Anderson Ashley Olivera was my customer service representative and she was awesome she answered questions and my concerns. Ashley Olivera was very professional and apologetic for the previous caller that hung up on me because I ask her name for my records and I didnt have to ask Ashley she gave as answering the call. Very Patience and helpful and polite , informative about my concern so I appreciate customer service like that.

Douglas Tillman I’ve been using Hayward Brown for years. I don’t typically leave reviews unless someone goes above and beyond. Annette is my agent ( or liaison ) with Hayward Brown and at renewal time for my auto policy she noticed that I was paying what we thought was too high of an amount. Not only did she get me a better rate but she also got me better coverage. On top of that ; with the new policy I incurred a cost that I was unaware of. Annette felt that the charge was unreasonable and took the issue up the chain of command and as a result, Hayward Brown covered the cost. Unbelievable customer service. Above and beyond. mac packman this agency has left me 2 times with suspended insurance and no heads up. the first time was an expired CC that when it ran i didnt get a heads up, just an announcement of cancellation. the second time i was on travel for almost 2 months and not even did i not get a bill for my insurance, i came back to a suspended drivers license. this was even after giving them a new CC for autopay. I dont know what is going on with this agency but calls are never returned, the VM is full and i would not recommend them. kept the carts with Allsstate, called a new agent in St. Pete, they rock.
