Caitlin, as our primary contact, always has our best interests in mind and communicates with us regularly. She does a great job of shopping for the best coverage for us when renewal time comes around. We couldnt be happier than we are with this group!

Robin Presti We have been with Daffin since 2022, and they have been so easy to work with. My agent, Shannon, is always available and works on getting the best insurance for the money. Thankfully, we haven’t had to make a claim, but I feel confident that they will be there to help me navigate if we ever have to. They have helped us get homeowners, flood, and boat insurance without me having to call around town. They are a one stop shop, and we would highly recommend them.

Regina Moss A representative from this company named Jose Alvarez called my client and switched his plan. My client is special needs and has a POA who takes care of all his needs including his Healthcare. According to my client Jose advised him in the conversation that he knew me which is a flat out lie. In doing so my client trusted him and the application was processed and submitted without the POA present or even being contacted. My client in turned called his mom who called me and I called the POA and we had to call to get this application canceled which cant happen for a few days. However the representatives that assisted us were a bit rude and even provided wrong information and when I questioned the information he stated he read it wrong. My client has medications and treatments that require a PA and this change would disrupt his entire treatment routine because he would have to start over not to mention the prescriptions it could affect. I am not sure the agent asked if he has a POA but my client clearly knows he does and has a copy of the paper himself. He gets these calls often and I have educated him but as I stated he is special needs and gets confused very easily. The agent telling my client that he knows me was a lie and deceitful and unethical way to gain trust. These calls are recorded and can be pulled if necessary and the agent hel accountable. However the actions of most of these call center agents are unacceptable and it needs to stop. All for a few extra dollars.Sad

Crypto Johnny I used agent WS Insurance Group and this was the biggest mistake ever. Customer service is very disrespectful - I called and Warren Sam told me theyre busy on the line call back later and just hung up. I never encountered such a disrespectful customer service rep. Trying to get a Mercury rep on the line directly but no one picking up the phone. I definitely would not recommend Mercury Insurance - stay away

Alisa Ring After I was in an auto accident and had contacted local authorities I then immediately called Mrs. McKnight. Within minutes after calling her a tow truck showed up (which she had called in for me as I was a blubering mess). When I made it to her office to fill out a claim she first helped me get the mascara off that was running down me face and then walked me through my claims process. After the claim was complete, which again took just minutes, I quickly had a rental ready thereafter. THANK YOU
