1 /5 Teri Baker: I am on a fixed income and when I signed up for this policy I paid a certain down payment and this month it has gone up almost a hundred dollars. And its supposed to be the same amount every month. They said that I didnt sign the paperwork online but I did and she told me that as well, but get supervisor said there was nothing they could do about my monthly payments. How ridiculous is that? I would stay away from this company completely. Im gonna find another company to do business with from here on out!!! Very disappointingly sad!

1 /5 Winston Nutmeg: I saved $118 a month going to Progressive. Direct had good price of $222 until renewal. Price jumped to $360+ on renewal ... No claims or roadside service, or anything at all. Price jumped over $140 a month just to renew. Avoid Direct Auto
