1 /5 shandie harris: I have been trying three days in a row to get Auto Insurence. I had a gentleman day number one who answered the phone and he will probably answer when anyone calls because there’s only a few working there. However, he’s going over my quote and he is stating that I am trying to commit fraud by excluding my 21 year-old son, my son is autistic so I found this very odd and rude and I never excluded him off anything he starts yelling at me I record this conversation. I got a quote on the seventh by a nice lady and I had told her I would call her back so that I can try to compare prices. She was very friendly. Said OK today is May 8, 2025. I call in and I record the call because the same gentleman that answered and yelling at me Starts telling me I’m committing fraud and my son needs to be excluded and he falsely accuses me of these things I advise him. My son is autistic Special Needs. There’s no fried to be committed because he can’t even drive and he’s halfway blind. He can continuing the conversation I would like to report Him and this company for one discrimination and for two falsely accusing me of something like this I am a single mother and a professional. I don’t believe anytime you feel away about a customer. You should yell at them and start accusing him of things. We never got through the full quote for him to even say anything I’d also like management to give me a call if possiblelike this I actually am going to report this to the Better Business Bureau due to this
dissatisfactory as well if I were anyone, I would not want to be paying someone that is treating them
so rudely and I really don’t appreciate being falsely accused and manhandled that’s not professional and that’s not who I would like to spend my money with also making false accusations is illegal and he has accused me of several things. I don’t understand why this person doesn’t know me personally and his approach is like it was. I also have Ca I also have Car recordings
