Courtney S Amanda S. Was a PHENOMENAL representative to speak with today. She answered all of my questions and I felt comfortable during the call. She offered me multiple options for what I needed and was a pleasure to talk to. She ensured me that all of my documents were processed and my payments went through and still took the extra step of emailing me the confirmations. I could tell she was smiling throughout the call while speaking with me and that made a difference. Dealing with insurance can be draining and stressful.
