BJM 4 I called Jeannine Ordway’s Allstate office in Ocala, FlL to get quote on my auto insurance. Every agent that answered the phone during the process was very prompt at answering my questions and had excellent knowledge about finding me the best policy to fit my needs I truly appreciate how effortless they made the experience… from emailing me a quote for my insurance and then working with me to get me set up with a new policy. They were prompt and responsive to any changes I needed to make. Like I said, effortless! Everyone in Jeannine’s office made sure all the bases were covered and took such great care of me. I rarely take the time to write feedback such as this but when someone goes above and beyond to help a customer, they deserve the recognition. Jeannine and her teams efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you once again to Jeannine Rimmelin Ordway Insurance. I really feel I am in “good hands with Allstate”.

Edd Varmo Great attention to clients, always take their time with their customers and make you feel comfortable though every process youre going through; either is taxes, financial services or even immigration. They speak English and Spanish which also helps. Absolutely no complaints. Keep on with the good work.

Beverly K Buce First time reviewing an insurance agency. We have done business with a few in 2 different states over the past decades. As everyone knows, Homeowners Insurance in south Fl, including Port St Lucie, has been becoming more complicated. We decided this time to look around and see if a change would be right for us. Choice Insurance Advisors came highly recommended by someone we trust. So happy we called owner/Agent Sam Covington. He took as much time as necessary to go over our current policy, answering ALL of our questions in a courteous & professional manner. He really opened our eyes to areas we might have been under or over insured and let us decide what was best for us. He did all the comparison legwork. Sam never pushed or rushed us to make any decisions. He actually encouraged us to take time to think over all the information and as he said his grandmother used to say, “sleep on it.” We’re so glad to have signed with him, not to mention the premium is a little LESS than what we paid 2 years ago! Would give 10 stars if we could!

Ted Treesh Brightway has been fantastic to deal with. Bethany Killman and Mike Beeson are always quick to respond to any requests and questions I have. I’ve had personal policies with Brightway for over 5 years and never a complaint. Would highly recommend. I hate insurance but it’s great to have Brightway to help keep the policies as reasonable as possible.

Dave McFarlane I had Geico for the past 3 years since relocating but the price keeps increasing despite not having any accidents on my record and no tickets. So, I decided to switch, State Farm rates are much cheaper than Geico. The customer service so far has been good.
