One issue we did have and it was taken care of very quickly, was my lack of notification of credit card change to Allstate regarding the insurance on the Golf Cart. He was quick to notify me and I updated my card so Cart insurance could be paid.

They are professional, friendly and approachable. They always answer any questions and concern I may have. They make courtesy call, send text and email reminder for policy renewals. A few weeks before a policy is due for renewal, staffs will review if rate through current insurer is still the best or if it would be better with a different insurer that’s in their network.
