Thats awesome because my mom prefers to speak Spanish, she is able to communicate with the Agents with out any problem. Great customer service!!!

Erin Franklin Carmen is unhappy with her own life, Im assuming. She was rude while I maintained a polite composure the entire process of signing up for insurance. I requested a refund and Carmen stated, "Okay, youre wasting my time," and hung up on me.

Kayla has gone the extra MILES for us in getting the best coverage for the money for our beach home and auto. She explores multiple options and is very good at explaining the details to people like myself who do not deal with insurance on a daily basis. (My husband who is an attorney and understands this well gives Kayla an A+!) Kayla is easy to talk to and a great listener which makes these complicated decisions easier.
