Britnee Grambor Josh Soto is an absolutely incredible customer service representative and insurance agent. By our conversation, I can tell that he takes great care of each one of his customers and is always looking out for their best interest. Josh is very competent, kind, thorough, and professional. I had a great experience with him over the phone (which is rare these days) and am extremely grateful for all of his help. Thank you Josh! You definitely deserve a raise. :)

Gayle Gari After 25 years of home ownership and always having homeowners insurance during those years without an incident, we had the misfortune of having 2 claims, 1 in 2019 and then 1 in 2020. Of course, our homeowners insurance then almost tripled our premium and then dropped us the next year. Our Allstate agent, Greta Langley was able to secure a new policy for us that satisfies our mortgage requirements. Greta worked hard to get the best possible homeowners insurance for us at this time and I appreciate the personal attention that she gave us during the process. Wynn Newingham Robin with the Ormond Agency is AMAZING! If you call, he answers. If you have a question, hell help you. If you have a high rate, hes going to find a better policy to help you lower it (or at least tell you that you have something good)! I first started working with Robin last year when we ended up in a bind with our home insurance company leaving the state. Robin was swift to find us a policy and made sure we had the right coverage (which we did not prior). A year later, Im still a happy customer - and now have moved on to car insurance. With my policy creeping up in pricing, I reached out to Robin to see if there was anything better out there. Guess what...there was, and I knew the answer within the same day of asking! THANK YOU ROBIN FOR ALL YOU DO!

Fernando Ferral I had the pleasure of working with Corri Schofield, and anything I say might be an understatement. I have compared prices with other agencies and I can recommend this agency in that matter, but my experience was not about pricing, my experience with this agent was with an internal problem with my mortgage company and mistakes and misinformation made by that company. Thankfully Corri was able to assist me and guide me through the process with the mortgage company and get the right people on the phone and work on the problem. We spent 2 hours one the phone, and after all that, the least I could do is recognize her patients and professionalism.
