Kayla has gone the extra MILES for us in getting the best coverage for the money for our beach home and auto. She explores multiple options and is very good at explaining the details to people like myself who do not deal with insurance on a daily basis. (My husband who is an attorney and understands this well gives Kayla an A+!) Kayla is easy to talk to and a great listener which makes these complicated decisions easier. She returns calls and emails promptly. We truly appreciate her dedication to her clients, us and were sure many more, for getting us covered! Insurance is not easy to get or keep these days, especially in Florida, and we feel fortunate to have Kayla to help us!

5 /5 fn mouse: I have never had such a personable experience as Ive had with this agency. I felt like I was talking to a long-lost friend. Kayla worked tirelessly to get used the best coverage. Then, with the upcoming storm (Milton) on its way, she called ahead of time so we could bind our insurance prior to its arrival. If not, we would have had to pay our current provider and then wait for a refund. This agency looked out for our best interest first. That is 5 star customer service. ❤️

I’ve never had anyone so knowledgeable and able to explain it in a way to understand. With her understanding and kind service, she is looking to see that we will be adequately insured and looking at our many vehicles and boat to see that we are covered adequately and maybe save us some $$$ Thanks Kayla! You made us feel important and that is something not common in today’s customer service market! Glad you’re our agent!
