1 /5 Joshua Evans: I dont have any previous experiences with the Wheeler agency. This insurance agency does Columbia countys dirty work denying claims. They contradicted themselves in my denial letter. They try to use legal mumbojumboand legal technicalities to justify their denial. They recommended me to settle with AC, Taking a loss for the countys negligence. I told them this makes the County and them look Horrible, response is "I understand". It took going past Them and AC to get my rightful claim paid. I am willing to lose the whole claim and fight for what is right rather then to settle for a partial payment. Dont give up

5 /5 Edna Hindson: Is has been my pleasure to use the Wheeler Agency for all of my insurance needs since around 1975. During this time period I have had several situation to seek their advice and assistance. Each time I called, I spoke to a REAL person, never having to selection #1 for...#2...and then listen to annoying music while I wait. I have always received immediate attention to my concerns and quick appropriate action was always taken. One emergency situation, connected to the City, the Wheeler Agency arrived at my door step before the City trucks arrived. This is a family business and they treat me as one of their kin. It is such a comfort to know someone cares in times of stress. I am personally aware of their direct and active involvement in many community organizations that promote countless positive projects. In 2004 I moved to another city and I still keep all of my insurance with this agency because of their outstanding record of service to other. They are just a phone call or email away, so it doesnt matter where I live. If you are seeking an insurance agency that will give you personal attention, one that has a long history of knowing numerous available companies and policies, one that will seek the coverage you need and delete the ones you do not, then the Wheeler Agency is the one I would highly recommend you.

5 /5 TL O: We were very pleased with the quickness of paperwork being completed and processed while getting the best rate possible. The staff was friendly and proficient. Mr. Wheeler himself stayed during their lunch break to make copies of our closing papers so we did not have to return later.
